42 children, yes an incredible 42 children had their poetry selected to be published in an anthology. This is a nationwide competition, and the children’s work will be published alongside others from Worcestershire and Warwickshire. A huge congratulations to everyone who entered.

The children have settled in brilliantly. They have been climbing, caving and undertaken a whole range of challenges! Lots of smiling faces and full tummies after a great evening meal. We will try and post a few photos every evening….

Poetry page Click on the link to see the current poetry competition. It is run by Young Writers and the closing date is the 20th October 2017. Teachers may be including it in their lessons at school. If your child would like to take part, and write a poem at home, please encourage this and bring any poems into school by the 17th October
